We work quickly, usually 8-12 sessions, though sometimes more. Some clients notice positive changes within a few sessions. We regularly review your progress together to ensure you're moving forward in a way that works for you.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a full session fee. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so please get in touch if something urgent comes up.
