Absolutely. Hypnosis aids the creation of a trance state which is a very natural state to be in. It is simply a relaxed, focused state of awareness. You remain in control throughout the session, and you can open your eyes and return to full alertness at any time.
We work quickly, usually 8 12 sessions, though sometimes more. Some clients notice positive changes within a few sessions. We regularly review your progress together to ensure you're moving forward in a way that works for you.

Yes all sessions are held online via a secure, private video link. It's easy to use and allows you to attend from the comfort of your own home.

Sessions are typically 70.00 for 60 minutes.
Package options may be available if you'd like to book multiple sessions in advance.
An Initial Consultation is free of charge.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a full session fee. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so please get in touch if something urgent comes up.
